BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Inspired by late-night television, I created a series of fictional infomercial graphics and compiled them into a textile pattern. However, this project culminated in my own infomercial for a proposed clothing line. The video is meant to evoke a sense of capitalist brainwashing, turning the commonplace commercial featuring commonplace objects into something surreal. I also designed the sound for this video.

Pattern available for purchase as clothing from Print All Over Me or as fabric or wallpaper from Spoonflower.

Process
The original direction for this project was to create a physical clothing line that mocked hypebeast culture. However, the final result (the video), focuses on subverting the infomercial as a sales concept, using the clothing line as a secondary element.
